TERMS OF SERVICE

Access to the Archon game servers is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your account or access at any time for any breach of our Server Rules (including but not limited to hacking, bug exploitation, verbal abuse, or toxic conduct).

You are solely responsible for the actions taken by your account. Disputed claims regarding shared accounts, friend actions, or teammate conduct will not be accepted as valid excuses for rules violations.

All virtual goods, packages, faction passes, or rank upgrades acquired through the Archon Store are virtual, non-tangible assets. Purchases are considered final donations to support the operational costs of maintaining and developing the server infrastructure.

REFUND POLICY: All transactions are strictly non-refundable. Chargebacks or transaction disputes initiated with payment processors will result in an immediate, permanent ban from all Archon servers and platforms, and your details may be shared with community ban networks.

The Archon staff and server owners accept no liability for any loss of in-game items, progress, bases, or currency caused by game updates, server rollbacks, server crashes, mod changes, or core Bohemia updates.

We provide compensation entirely at our discretion in accordance with our Compensation Rules. Our servers are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

The server owners reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms of Service and our associated Server Rules at any time. Any changes will be posted to this website or announced inside our Discord server. By continuing to use our servers after revisions are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
